Shipping and Returns
We’re here to make stationery and office supply easy. And that includes the most important part of the process; delivery.

Free delivery for all orders over $55.00 incl. GST. All orders under $55.00 inc GST will incur a delivery fee of $9.95. An additional fee may apply for deliveries outside the metropolitan areas of all capital cities/states due to the remote nature of the delivery location. Due to the bulky nature of furniture, all furniture deliveries will be quoted once order received by the Assigned store. If you require a special delivery, contact us to discuss your options.

We are not able to quote delivery lead times on our website. To get an indication of lead times you can contact your Assigned Store before or after you place your order. Keep in mind however that any delivery times quoted are indicative only and Office Choice and your Assigned Store will not be held liable for any delays. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Office Choice and your Assigned Store agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. If reasonable access is unavailable or you are not at delivery address at the agreed delivery time you will be charged for any subsequent delivery.

On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and your Assigned Store and noted on the delivery copy. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy noting any damage, you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the goods as at the time of delivery.

Items labelled RTA (ready to assemble) will require self assembly.

Unless otherwise agreed with your Assigned Store, disposal of packaging is your responsibility.
